The UK Safer Internet Centre has a new reporting service, which allows you to report harmful online content/abuse to them if the platform (e.g. Facebook) is not responding to your concerns.
It is important that any concerns are reported in the first instance to the platform (e.g. Facebook, Snapchat) so that they can investigate.
If they do not respond within 48 hours – or don’t take what you consider to be appropriate action – you can report straight to the UK Safer Internet Centre, and they will investigate.
You should also report any concerns to your ISP Supervising Social Worker or Registered Manager straight away.
